Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the assigned primary site, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests related to janitorial services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Perform random inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure high service standards.
- Collaborate with the District Manager(s) and/or Account Manager(s) to resolve any service issues or deficiencies identified during inspections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, aiming for 95% retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to drive revenue growth.
- Assist with client communications regarding budget questions, scope of work, and service adjustments.
- Document all client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Send recap emails after client meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Work closely with the National Director of Operations, District Manager(s), and Account Manager(s) to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with client needs.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in janitorial or facilities management but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Experience using CRM systems to track client interactions.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in facilities management or a related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections, which may involve standing for extended periods of time and navigating various facility environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
