Role: School Facility Supervisor
Pay Rate: $70-75k
Hours: Day Shift

In this role, you’ll manage and supervise the Environmental Services and floor care staff at a single site, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. You’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate project work, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Environmental Services and floor care staff to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of all project and program work in the facility.
- Maintain inventories, order supplies, and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Serve as the liaison between school personnel and HCSG staff, ensuring clear communication.
- Train staff, conduct quality control inspections, and maintain all necessary records.
- Perform janitorial, floor care, and maintenance duties as needed.
- Provide leadership to the department and uphold the company’s values, vision, and goals.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance, or operations, preferably in a school or educational environment.
- Experience in supervising maintenance staff, custodians, or contractors.
- 2 years of experience in Environmental Services and supervision (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage work order systems and coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget oversight.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records
- Ability to communicate effectively with school administrators, staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and other regulatory compliance requirements for school facilities.
