Overview

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is currently seeking to fill the position of Executive
Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer to join our growing Corporate Team in Bensalem, PA!

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join the HCSG Revenue Team as an
Executive Assistant. This critical role supports senior members of the Revenue Team and requires
exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information
with discretion. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and independently.


Position Summary

  • Maintains and manages the overall administrative support for a CRO and Revenue Leadership
    Team.
  • Assists with special projects and initiatives as assigned by Revenue Leadership Team.
  • Works with company leadership to coordinate and manage the company's conference and trade
    show attendance, including registration and payments; working with marketing and attendees
    for pre-conference needs, giveaways and booths; organizing conference follow up and related
    tasks all within Salesforce.
  • Works with Business Development leadership and Senior Salesforce Platform Manager to
    coordinate the utilization and optimization of Salesforce.
  • Provides administrative support to Financial Services leadership (emails, mail merge, meeting
    coordination, etc.).
  • Manages active calendar of appointments, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel including
    booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Manages and prioritizes incoming communications (emails, phone calls, mail) and respond on
    behalf of the CRO when appropriate.
  • Acts as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer
    service and representing the Revenue Leadership Team in a professional manner.
  • Assists with the preparation and coordination of meetings, including drafting agendas, gathering
    relevant materials, and distributing notes accordingly.
  • Prepares and reconciles expense reports.
  • Prioritizes and handles various matters proactively, and follows through on projects to
    successful completion; able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Liaise with offices of other HCSG executives and senior leaders to provide coordinated support.
  • Takes creative direction and work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced team
    environment.
  • Conduct research and provide relevant information to aid executive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting a C-level executive, or similar Senior-level executive.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
  • Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace,
    Salesforce) and comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple priorities
    with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with staff,
    clients and external partners.
  • Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various
    competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service.
  • Forward thinker who demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong
    decision-making capability, and proposes solutions/recommendations.
